How I Changing Myself for the Better

  Everyone born in this world. They all have their prototype. There are some good and some bad ,too. In ancient China, there are two similar  thinking. But the different is one of them believed that everyone born in kind, and the other believed that everyone born in evil. I think both of them are correct. Everyone have advantages and disadvantages. The important thing is changing the disadvantages and be better.
I have some disadvantages, too. Sometimes I might get proud about the thing I can do better. But there are more and more people better than me. So when I start think about it, I may be put down my proud, and learn more harder. This is one of my way changing myself better.

National Taichung Theater

National Taichung Theater is located in Xitun ,Taichung.  The Theater is famous for its special building . It is very unique and beautiful. And the Theater is very convenience ,too. There are three department stores nearby the Theater. So when you finish enjoyed the opera ,you can also eat or buy something in department store. The Theater also have the best performence. Every performence in this Theater has been chosen carefully.
So everyone in the theater will have the best feeling. National Taichung Theater is a cool place that everyone can visit here.

Introduction of contact lens

 As a Department of Optometry's student, I want to talk about some basic is not introduction with contact lens.
1.Contact lens have soft type and hard type.
2.Accroding to different material, there are different water content and different oxygen permeability rate.
3.It is not better in higher water content, the most important one is oxygen permeability rate.
4.Every one should according to their own eye size and cornea radian to choose their own contact lens.

How to survival in earthquake

  Earthquake is happened very often in Taiwan. So we have to know how to survival when it happen. When the earthquakes happen, the most important is to stay calm. Then open the door to keep the way to escape. Then find a place to hide. Wait the quake finish, we can run away. If we trap in a disaster unfortunately, we must find some water and food to keep our life. So we have to prepare the bag with some emergency water and food to avoid the situation with nothing to eat.
